What is included with the purchase of an ARRI Academy online course?

Your purchase grants you personal access to our online learning platform, along with additional downloadable documents. For our Advanced Service Training courses, you will also receive authorization to order spare parts and tools from your local distributor.

Will I receive a certificate upon completing the course?

Yes, upon completing the course, you will receive a personalized certificate. This certificate is sent out regularly after course completion. No quizzes or exams are required to receive the certificate. If you have multiple technicians, each must register individually. Group discounts are available for three or more participants.

When and for how long will I have access to the training course?

Your Panopto account will be set up within 24 hours. You will receive an email with your login details for our learning platform at ARRI Academy Panopto. Please check your spam folder if you do not see this email. You will have permanent access to your personal online service training library, which includes pre-recorded videos, updated service manuals, additional documents and software download links

Can I download the videos?

To ensure the best interactive learning experience and the most up-to-date content, the training videos are available for streaming only.
