About the ARRI Shop

These instructions will help you through the process of purchasing ARRI Digital Retail Services online. Digital Retail Services are sold and fulfilled by FastSpring, an authorized reseller. The steps below - Registration and Login, Check-Out and Payment and Receipt of a product – apply to all products and services that can be purchased in the ARRI Shop. For specific instructions on how to install or use certain products, please refer to the product specific help sections.

 

Registration and Login

You need to register for the online shop first, before you start your order. Please fill out the registration form.

You will receive a confirmation email from alshop(at)arri-mailservice.de immediately after your registration. Please click the link within this email to confirm your email address is valid.

Another email will be sent to you as soon as your login data is activated. Should you not receive an email, please check your spam-folder.

Check-Out and Payment

The sale and payment processing is fulfilled by FastSpring, an authorized reseller. After logging in successfully, choose products at the online shop and add them to your cart. Your cart is always located on the right side of the screen.


Please be aware that only products of the same category can be combined in your cart and ordered at the same time (e.g. only License Options or only ARRI Academy Trainings). If you´d like to purchase products of more than one category, please place a separate order for each product category (e.g. first order all License Options, second / separate order for ARRI Academy Trainings).


Once you have added products to your cart, you can then start the ordering process by clicking on “Proceed to check-out”. You will be guided through the check-out process and forwarded to FastSpring to select and process payment.

Receipt of your product

After successful completion of your order, the product download link will be made available for you under My account > My downloads. Further information about the use of a product or the installation of a license key on your device can be found at the product specific help section.
