Extracting the Hardware Info File (suffix .json) from an ALEXA Mini

• Make sure a prepared USB stick is connected to the camera and the camera is turned on.
• From the Homescreen, press the jogwheel to open the Menu, then navigate to System > Licensed Features.

• Press the button HW INFO, then press CONFIRM. The file will be saved to the USB stick in the folder ARRI > A-MINI > LICENSES as A-MINI-HW-#####-YYMMDD-HHMM.json (##### = camera serial number, YYMMDD-HHMM = Date/Timestamp).
• Connect the USB stick to a computer and copy the HW Info file to the computer so it can be accessed when ordering licenses.
