The Sony VENICE Camera Control License for Hi-5 and Hi-5 SX activates remote camera setup capabilities via the Hi-5 hand unit for Sony VENICE cameras.


RIA-1 or cforce mini RF
  • Works in combination with RIA-1 or cforce mini RF
  • Requires K2.0047268 Cable CAM (7p) - Sony Remote (8p)/D-Tap (0.8m/2.6ft)
  • Supports Sony VENICE 1 and VENICE 2

The following features are supported:
  • Start/Stop Recording
  • ND Filter
  • Frame Rate (camera must be set to Variable Frame Rate Mode)
  • Shutter Speed (Camera must be set to RM/RCP Control Mode)
  • White Balance (Camera must be set to RM/RCP Control Mode)
  • Exposure Index as GAIN in dB (Camera must be set to RM/RCP Control Mode)
  • Playback (next clip/previous clip)
  • Playback (fast forward)

NIA-1
  • Works in combination with NIA-1
  • Connection of camera and NIA-1 with a standard RJ45 Ethernet cable
  • Supports Sony VENICE 1 and VENICE 2
