Different customers need different camera features, and individual customers have varying requirements on different projects. For this reason, ARRI offers a range of temporary and permanent licenses that expand the functionality of its cine cameras with options such as higher frame rates and ARRIRAW capture, and many more besides.
ARRI’s cameras for live entertainment come with Look and Multicam Licenses included, allowing them to integrate seamlessly into standard broadcast workflows. Further optional licenses enable high-speed filming on live productions, as well as various cine-style functions, and are available flexibly on a temporary or permanent basis.
At the center of ARRI’s Electronic Control System are the hand units that control other components such as lens motors and interface adapters. Multiple license options are offered for the new-generation Hi-5 and Hi-5 SX hand units, expanding compatibility with third-party systems, while a Remote License is offered for the older WCU-4.
